Tricep Stretch - Standing
Stand with good posture and your feet hip-width apart. Raise the arm of the tricep you want to stretch up above your head and bend at the elbow so that your hand is behind your head between your shoulder blades. Now place the fingers of the other hand on the back of your arm.
Slowly and gently push the arm back behind you until you feel a stretch of 7/10 in the back of your arm and hold it for at least 30 seconds. Now repeat for your other arm.
