Quadricep Stretch - Lying
Lie down on the stretching mat on your front with your legs together. Hold one foot by the laces part of the shoe (top of the foot/lower ankle - tip: if you find this hard you can use a towel and wrap it round the ankle and hold the ends).
Slowly bring your foot into your bottom while keeping your knees on the floor and together until the stretch feels like a 7/10 and hold for at least 30 seconds.
