Latissimus Dorsi Stretch - Sitting
Sit on your stretching mat with your legs crossed (or how you feel comfortable). Raise the arm of the side you want to stretch up and bend at the elbow so that your hand is behind your head. Now hold that elbow (not on the elbow just above) with your other arm.
Slowly pull the arm towards your head and push your back out in the other direction so you are leaning to one side and until you feel the stretch of 7/10 and hold it for at least 30 seconds.
