Hamstring Stretch - Standing

Stand up straight with your feet together. Place the foot of the leg you want to stretch out in front of you with your heel on the ground and your toes up in the air.

Now bend your other knee slightly.

Slowly lean forwards keeping your back straight throughout and the leg that is in front as straight as possible. Rest your hands on the bent leg's thigh for extra support. As you lean forwards the stretch should increase on the back of your thigh (Hamstrings) only go as far as it feels like a pull. There should be no pain and it should feel no more than a 7/10. Now hold the position for at least 30 seconds breathing deeply throughout.
