Shoulder Shrugs - Cables
Set up the cable to it's lowest setting and attach the short straight bar. Bend at the knees keeping your back straight and take hold of the bar with your hands shoulder width apart and palms facing downwards.
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and facing forwards.
Remember to keep good posture throughout the exercise (tummy tight; shoulders back; chest out; chin in) and slowly shrug/raise your shoulders upwards as far as you can and then slowly lower again avoiding to rest in between repetitions or arching your back to aid the movement.
