Leg Curl - Swiss Ball
Lie down on your back with the heels of your feet together and resting on the ball. Place your hands out to the side to help your stability. Now raise your hips off the floor so that your body is completely straight and only your shoulders and head are in contact with the floor.
Now draw your feet into your body keeping your body straight. Keep going until your legs are as far in as you can get them. Then slowly push your legs back out again.
It is very important that you keep this movement very slow. It is too easy to do this movement fast.
