Seated Chest Press Narrow Grip - Machine
Set the machine to your height by adjusting the seat height so that your arms, when on the handles, down by your sides (if unsure ask an instructor).
Placing your hands on the narrow grip with palms facing inwards slowly push your arms out straight in front of you until you can go no further, making sure you don't lock your elbows out. Now slowly bringing your arms in again as far as you comfortably can without the weight stack touching.
