Lat Pulldown Wide Grip - Cables
Sitting down with good posture place your knee's under the knee pads and lean back slightly.
Hold the bar wider than shoulder width apart and slowly bring it down to the top of your chest, making an arc shape to your sides with the movement of your elbows.
Let the bar back up again by letting your elbows go back out to the side following the same path as on the way down. Stop when your arms are as straight as possible but before the weight stack touches.
