Lat Pulldown Narrow Grip - Cable

Sit down with good posture, place your knee's under the knee pads and lean back slightly.

Hold the bar shoulder width apart with your palms facing away from your body. Slowly bring the bar down to the top of your chest allowing your elbows to travel down slightly in front of your body and out to the sides.

Slowly let the bar back up until your arms are straight but don't let the weight stack touch.


Do's Don'ts
  • Do keep your stomach tight
  • Do keep your back straight
  • Do keep good posture
  • Do breathe out on the way down and in on the way up
  • Do have your hands shoulder width apart
  • Don't let your back arch or curve
  • Don't use your body to help the movement
  • Don't hold your breath
  • Don't let the weight drop
