Bent Over Row Wide Grip - Barbell
Bend your knees and keep your back straight to pick up the barbell. Hold the barbell with your hands wider than shoulder width apart and your palms facing towards you.
Stand up straight bend your knees slightly and lean forwards from the hips maintaining a straight back.
Bring the weight up towards your lower chest leading the movement with your elbows. At the highest point squeeze your shoulder blades together.
Once your elbows are as high as you can get them slowly lower your arms back down until they are straight.
