Bent Over Row Reverse Grip - Barbell
Bend your knees and keep your back straight to pick up the barbell. Hold the barbell with your hands shoulder width apart and your palms facing away from your body.
Stand up straight bend your knees slightly and lean forwards from the hips maintaining a straight back.
Bring the weight up your thighs leading the movement with your elbows. Keep your arms tight against your body throughout the movement. At the highest point squeeze your shoulder blades together.
Once your elbows are as high as you can get them slowly lower your arms back down until they are straight.
