Tricep Kickback - Dumbbells
Bend your knees slightly and tilt forwards at the hips so that your back is completely straight.
Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your elbows bent at 90 degrees and to your side. Slowly straighten your arms until they are behind you and horizontal.
Now lower the weights back down being careful only to move at the elbow.

- Do keep your back straight
- Do have a slight bend in your knees
- Do keep your head in line with your spine
- Do breathe out on the way up and in on the way down
- Do use a slow controlled movement
- Do use a mirror to watch your technique

- Don't swing the weights
- Don't arch your back
- Don't hold your breath
- Don't move your upper arm to aid the movement
