Tricep Kickback - Cables
Set the cables up so that you have a single handle and the pulley is set at the lowest setting.
Place your left foot forwards and your right foot back at a comfortable distance. Take the handle in your right hand and lean forwards slightly keeping your back straight. Bring your elbow up to your body level creating a 90 degree angle at the elbow.
Your upper arm must stay locked in position and it must be only your lower arm that moves. Slowly straighten your arm until it is behind you and straight.
Lower the handle back down being careful only to move at the elbow until your elbow reaches 90 degrees. Swap over and repeat for your left arm.
