Tricep Extension - Dumbbells Swiss Ball
Sit down on the Swiss Ball with your dumbbells in hand. Draw your arms up in front of you until your arms are above your head. Keeping your elbows completely still lower the weights behind your head, you are ready to begin.
Keeping your upper arms completely still raise the weights up so that your arms are straight and vertical. Now lower them back down behind your head until the elbow joint is at 90 degrees.
Make sure you keep a nice up right posture for this exercise
