Overhead Tricep Extension - Cables
Set the cable machine up with the straight handle bar and attach it to the top cable.
Turn your back to the cable and take hold of the handle with your palms facing forwards. Take a step forwards so that there is tension in the cable, your arms are at 90 degrees at the elbow and your body is nice and upright.
Get your stomach tight and firm to take the strain, keep your elbows and upper arms completely still and straighten your arms so that the handle is now in front of your head and the only movement is from your triceps at the elbow joint.
Once your arms are straight slowly return to the starting position again only allowing the movement from the elbow joint.
