Bicep Hammer Curls - Cables
Set the cable machine up with two single handles attached to the same pulley and the cable set to its lowest position.
Stand with your knees slightly bent, with a good upright posture and a handle in each hand. Make sure your wrists are straight with your palms facing inwards.
Bring your arms up and in towards your body by bending them at the elbow, keeping your elbows tucked into your sides and your wrists straight. Once you are as far as you can go slowly lower them back to the starting position.
Make sure with this exercise that you don't allow your elbows to come forwards or your shoulders to shrug.
